Returns
You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Contact us at sarelixbiz@gmail.com or info@thesarelixcigarstore.com to initiate a return. Returns must be sent to: SARELIX Accessories LLC, 175 Pearl St, Suite 1, PMB 2099, Brooklyn, NY 11205. Once accepted, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and full instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
